Pastor Aaron originally hails from Ohio where he was born and raised. From riding bikes and playing football to playing on the "cow hill", there was always something exciting to do. He is the third child of four and has two sisters, Lori and Keri, and a brother, Rodney.
After graduating from Mt. Vernon Academy in Ohio he attended Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. His experience there was excellent and it is here that he came to know Jesus. It is also where he sensed his calling to pastoral ministry. After Southern, he finished his MDIV degree at Andrews University. It was during these graduate school years that he married Peggy whom he met at Southern.
Upon finishing his degree he worked as a chaplain at Georgia Cumberland Academy in Calhoun, Georgia. After three great years there God led him to Battle Ground, Washington to be the youth pastor at the Meadow Glade Church. His six years there were amazing. Both Micah and Caleb were born to Aaron and Peggy in Battle Ground and they fell in love with the Northwest. Little did he know that he would end up in the "ultimate Northwest" of Palmer, Alaska.
God has led Aaron and his family to the Palmer Seventh-day Adventist Church and they are excited to be here. Aaron's desire is to be faithful to his calling by lifting up Christ in all he does and says and leading this church into an ever growing experience with Christ.
